Who We Are
A Passion for Personalized Education
Morgan Education Services was founded on the belief that every student deserves an individualized approach to learning—one that supports the whole child.

Meet Our Founder
Brittany Morgan, M.Ed., is a certified K–12 Intervention Specialist with deep roots in the Dayton education community. Inspired by her father—a local elementary school principal—Brittany developed an early passion for education rooted in service, community, and advocacy.
She began her career co-teaching in inclusive classrooms across grades K–6, later expanding into high school math and social studies. Over time, her focus shifted toward special education leadership, where she honed her skills in SPED programming and compliance.
While pursuing her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, Brittany conducted research on one-to-one academic recovery versus small group instruction. The results confirmed what she observed in the classroom: 1:1 support leads to exponentially greater progress, particularly for students with complex learning or medical needs.
In 2014, she launched Morgan Tutoring with a mission to make that level of individualized support widely accessible.
From One Student To A Movement
What started as a two-person online tutoring service has grown into a statewide network of academic and therapeutic support for students and families.
Rooted in executive functioning and personalized instruction, our early model helped students thrive both academically and emotionally. Over the years, we’ve expanded our services to include ACT prep programs with impressive results, created custom 1:1 learning environments within private schools, and developed specialized programs for students with significant disabilities.
Our mission remains the same: to empower each student through compassionate, consistent, expert support tailored to their unique needs.

Our Journey
Morgan Tutoring is founded as a flexible, online 1:1 tutoring service with just two educators and a vision for whole-child support.
We grow to serve over 75 families with a team of 15 online teachers.
Our ACT prep program launches, helping students increase scores by an average of 8–12 points.
We begin providing consultation and advisory support to help students with disabilities access private education.
Pilot of our first 1:1 program-based model for students with significant disabilities; we become an approved provider for Ohio’s Jon Peterson and Autism Scholarships.
During the pandemic, we partner with local organizations like Kid Clubhouse and SouthBrook Church to support families with day programs and remote learning support.
Our private school affiliate program expands across Dayton and Cincinnati, creating dedicated 1:1 spaces in schools to support students with complex needs.
We open our first center-based learning location and launch integrated therapy services, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and ABA.
